When caravans have been stood over winter try not to leave it with the hand brake on. if it has been stood with it on then you willhave to release the brakes yourself. it could be dragging because of this. do the wheels get hot after a run ? that will point to brake pads stuck on. get under and bang the drums with a hammer to release them

If you had an aliment and tire balancing done, the only thing I can think of that would cause vibration of the car at higher RPM (3500+) Would be a motor mount. Check your motor mounts and get back to me :)
