If it has a hydraulic activated clutch and air has gotten into the system or either the slave cylinder or master cylinder was replaced then...yes it does.

Where do you bleed the clutch at on a 1997 jeep wrangler what is the location of it

This all depends if this is a hydraulic clutch or if its cable operated, you can only bleed hydraulic clutches, to bleed it you would bleed at the ******, you will see the bleeder screw on the slave cylinder that operates the clutch fork.

Becoming increasingly difficult to select all gears,as if clutch not fully dis-engaging although clutch is working properly

Check to make sure there is not air in the hydraulic system this will cause the slave cylinder to only partially operate thus causing difficulty in shifting gears also check the condition of the slave cylinder itself. Be sure its not leaking. Last but not least the synchronizer in the tranny may be bad cusing the problem. If there is are in the hydraulic system try bleeding the system.

Clutch will not engage, when you force it , you can hear it spinning or whatever. when you turn off engine it shifts great. please advise how to adjust clutch petal, it is low or soft, EMERGENCY PLEASE

Replace your Clutch, Hydraulic Clutch System can't be Adjusted but check if oil level is good if not add the missing oil ( With DOT-3 Brake Oil ) try by bleeding it if nothing changed, your clutch need's to be Replaced !
