Put a garden hose in the filler tube and take off the bottom hose and turn the water on,ONLY AFTER YOU SAFELY DRAIN THE ANTIFREEZE INTO A CONTAINER.

My heater will not blow hot air in my 1999 Chrysler Cirrus

When the coolant flush was done, did you have the thermostat changed as well? I would have the thermostat replaced. If the temperature gauge was reading properly, but you still had warm, not hot air, it would lean more towards the heater core being clogged, but that deosn't seem to be the issue your having, so i would go with the thermostat replacement. And whereever you have the repairs done at...make sure they fully bleed all the air out of the cooling system, this could also cause poor warm-up / heating problems. Hope this helps...

2.5 v6 1998 chrysler cirrus : where is the coolant drain plug? please help

some radiators don't have a drain plug, the easiest way to drain the radiator is to remove the bottom radiator hose from the radiator, this is best done when the engine is cold so as not to burn yourself......hope this helps......cheers.

My heater blows cold aur. I changed the thermastast and flushed the radiator

Your mixer door might be stuck. It mixes different amounts of hot/cold air to give you the heat you want. If it is stuck on cold, all you will get is cold air.

Probably not water pump. Engine is notourious for vapour lock.
Cooling system must be blead of air before thermostat will work. Cool bottom rad hose is a dead give away. If you are still watching this forum reply , and I will walk you through the only way I know how to make it work properly. It's actually easy if you do it my way. I have worked on lots of cars , and this engine was the hardest to bleed out. Did one Yesterday , and works perfect.

My 98 chrysler cirrus is lesking water and im told

First open the hood of your car and check where the leak is coming. Thermostat gasket is one source but
it could also come the radiator, radiator hose, or the
water pump. Check all these items, and you can do
the repairs by replacing the defective parts. Except for
water pump that really needs a mechanic to replace the
bearings and the mechanical shaft seal.

No heat

CHECK THE HEATER CORE. MORE THAN LIKELY IT IS PLUGGED OR THE HEATER CONTROL VALVE IS NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY. THE HEATER CONTROL VALVE CONTROLS THE WATER TO THE HEATER CORE. THUS NO FLOW, NO HEAT. GOOD LUCK.
