Hi Allen Kisamore, we want to help you with your question, but we need more information from you. Can you please add details in the comment box? Like what type of car is it model name and maker. The relay may be in the engine compartment. Can you explain why you are replacing the relay. The problem you have is due to resistance. The LED bulbs have lower resistance than a normal globe has and causes the flasher cam unit to change its timing. Would suggest looking at changing the flasher cam unit if possible or increase the resistance by adding a resistor (may dim LED bulbs) into the wire that goes to the globe. You could measure with a ohm meter the resistance of the LED globe compared to the resistance of a normal globe. And work out what resistance level you need.

If running LED bulbs for turn signals you have to run load resistors in the wiring as well. If you are wanting to know were the flasher unit goes make and model would help.

If its flashing really fast and all lights on the circut are working you may need a heavy duty flasher as to location, depends on vehicle but they are usually close to the under dash fuse panel

I have changed my flasher bulbs with LED Bulbs, I now have rapid turh signals. 2013 Honda CRV EXL

I have seen this so many times. If you change the bulbs for LED lamps then you need to change the flasher unit. This is because the LED lamps draw less current then ordinary bulbs.

Rapidly flashing turn signal continues even after I replace bulb

And all lights flash? Is this with or without a trailer and its lights connected? LED lights installed?
Many times when there is a slow or fast rate that the signals flash its due to a chaneg in current being drawn. Either from hooking up trailer lights or changing the bulbs to LED. LEDs will draw less currenct and more lights more current.
There are electronic flashers that automaticaly adjust for different current draws to make the lights flash at a normal rate and they plug right in to replace your stock mechanical flasher.

When failed trun signal bulb, Jeep turning signal is fastly blinking. I changed rear turn signal bulb with LED bulb, but turn signal blinking speed doesn't go to normal, At first couple of seconds it is...

Try replacing with the same bulb type as was failed. Flasher unit isusually reliant on resistence from the bulbs to what speed that side will flash at when powered. Some of these led type have less resistence and that equates to a faster flash speed. That is why when one bulb blows that side will flash faster or may even stay on without flashing. You could even swap the led to the other side( to confirm.Check with the bulb retailer to whether they have those bulbs with a higher rated resistence in led.If this vehicle has leds as standard, you may need to get the correct type from dealer. Hope this helps or get back with findings if it still has fault after replacing bulb.

The flasher relay affects both side equally. Your problem is you have a burnt out bulb on the right side of the truck.
