No gas, weak battery (battery may be new but is it charged?), crankshaft or camshaft sensor is bad, fuel pump bad, fuel pump relay or fuse is bad, haven't pushed clutch down far enough(rug caught underneath), fuel filter clogged, ignition coils bad. You need to give a hint as to what you have tried. Does it crank but not start/ Does it simply click(starter) and not crank/

Have 1995 dodge dakota 3.9 wont start

yup, the check engine light should come on for a bulb check. If it does not than the PCM is either not getting all the power/grounds it needs or it is bad.

if you reply to this in the comments below i can get you a lot more info on how to proceed further. you will need a volt meter and a test light and understand how to use them.

I have a 96 e250 ford van It was running fine stopped for a service call when got back in truck it would not start it doesn't seem to be getting any fire replaced fuel pump a few months ago just replaced...

if its not gettin fire, check the crank position sens. if its not that, take the ignition module off and have it checked out. disconnect the batt. before you do , or it might blow the module!!! found that out the hard way!!!!

do you have a fuel pump grunt when you turn on key with out cranking it? I have seen these do 2 things! spark dies fuel delivery quits safety caution so converter is not filling up with gas! and when fuel pump quits spark shuts off to avoid coil short out! do you hear your fuel pump grunt GGGGG" when you turn key all the way with out cranking!
