The car believes it is in traction control situation and is cutting power to your tires... if you don't have an immobilizer system on that car or an anti theft device you could try disconnecting the battery posts for a few hours... resets the computer... if you do have those systems on your car don't disconnect the battery... you will have to reprogram your keys..real pain
