Could still be "low battery". Or could be starter solenoid issue. Sometimes the battery terminal connections are badly corroded. But can be cleaned by scraping and that is enough to allow a start. It could also be water (acid) too low in some of the battery cells. Distilled water can be used to bring the electrolyte level up to normal and can also make a difference.
