If I was guessing I would say ford f150 between 1993 to 2000. Cause they hated moisture and it was where they grounded that was the issue

Sounds like a battery connection, try this ,turn the headlights on,have someone watch or whatever, try to start it,if the lights go out,it's a poor connection(probably at the battery) if they stay on,it's a starter issue.

Wont start

I had a similar problem a few months ago. Ready to get major engine work done, got fire, timing was right, getting gas.....
An experienced mechanic asked where the car had been parked and how long. I had parked it in grass, over a wet spot. The battery was dead too. He told me to park it over a warm spot for a few days and try a new battery. Did that, with the hood open, replaced the battery, and it fired right up. Something about being too damp and/or the voltage in the battery was too weak.. All I know is it worked, and I drive it every day and don't park in wet grassy spots.

My nissan interstar van wont start like battery dead and its charged fully

Battery with a dead cell can still show 12.5-13.8 volts but when any draw is put on it will drop voltage like a rock such as cutting on the headlights. They may look ok to begin with but will dim very quickly. I would start here by having the battery load tested.

My panther 110c wont turn over.

So, do you mean no starter engagement? If so look for connection issues, actually inspect for looseness, and corrosion. Look for GROUND issues, sometimes you have to run grounding wires between items and the battery.

If you mean that the engine does not FIRE, but the starter is turning the engine over....look for ignition based heat damage. Temps affect these items.

My 1995 chevrolet silverado wont turn over. it acts as if it wants to crank but doesnt. the dash lights light up but my headlights and radio wont come on. My battery is fully charged and my alternator is...

Sounds like the starter may have some issues. However, the headlights and radio not coming on is a sign that either the battery is not charged up sufficiently, or there are some blown fuses.

Also, the connections should be checked at the battery for corrosion which can block the electricity from flowing freely from a 'charged' battery to the starter or the lights.

Good luck on this repair.

Acts like dead battery, all instrament lights work, put on batt charger still woturn over acts like dead batt, is there some kind of fuse? or what? help plz

maybe it really is a dead battery. Headlights bright? dim? if the lights are bright and you try to start it and they go out or dim, either the battery is bad, or a bad connection. Try to wiggle the cables at the battery.

I just bought a 1994 bmw 525i . Suddenly it wont turn over. acts like dead battery but I have power.

When you say you have power, do you mean the dash lights come on?
The power requirements of the starter motor are a lot higher than that of the dash lights or even the headlights and accessories.

Turn the headlights on and try to start the engine, if the headlights go really dim or right out then your battery doesn't have the capacity that the starter needs to turn the engine over and you need to replace it.
