Fix a problem with not starting when car is hot i still turns over

not starting when hot indicates an electrical problem that comes from a component breaking down when hot.
Items that fall into this category are coils, coil packs, injector controls, injectors, ignition modules and fuel vaporization ( low fuel pressure from failing fuel pump/relay
I would leave the pump as an absolute last but would be looking at coil or ignition module. have you run the fault codes to check for other sensor problems such as cam/crank position sensors or immobiliser problems. All subject to heat affected problems.

Why does it lose power and misfire when it gets warm?

Start with the Distributer cap and Rotor ( cracks & wear ), then under the rotor is a 3/4" circle shaped piece ( can't remember proper name ) with 2 wires which generates spark, then check coil pack, and finish with plug wires.

Why won't abs light go off error code says pump

When a pump code comes on for the abs it is usually associated with the module connected to the pump. Most of the time either the relay controlling power to the pump loses it's continuity on the board or the connector builds corrosion and resistance in the terminals. Most of the time depending on the make and model an the exact code it can be remedied by purchasing a new or used abs module/ pump, repairing the old module/ pump, or just replacing with a new module/ abs pump(most expensive option). It is very common for abs relay/ pump codes to appear and end up relating to the power or ground circuit going to open( breaking continuity it frying a connection form resistance)

Is there any relationship between RTV BA faclon ute ABS light on dash and break light globe not working

No no relationship. The abs light can come on for a lot of reasons (Sensor, non abs disc fitted (should be on all the time), plug connections, broken wire in harness, ABS module etc... But the module is a common problem. They normaly get a dry joint inside. My sugestion would be test the sensors at the module plug. I know which pins on an AU but unsure if same. If you decide to replace module & it fixes it pull the cover off the old module & look inside for a dry solder joint (broken or missing solder) can work sometimes & not others causeing intermitent fault. If found just pop some solder on it and keep it for a spare.

Rear break on driver side just had new breaks put on it it grabs when i apply the break on a left turn but not all the time

The caliper piston could be getting stuck due to corrosion on the mating surface. Best bet is to replace caliper. This would be a good time to flush out the old brake fluid in the entire system.

My 2002 s 10 will not go into 4 wheel high i have taken it to my local garage 3 times to fix it and they tell me they have cleaned the burs off the chain, and greased it, they have cleaned the corrosion...

get them to check the detent shift switches on transfer case for correct operation as well as the one on the front diff for the shift on the fly unit, these tell the module as to what state it is in.
2H,4L or 4H.

Where the heck is the electronic ignition module on a 91 silverado 350 v8 .and will i need thermo grease ??

The ICM is located in the distributor under the rotor. It would help if you do use thermo grease to help keep the corrosion from damaging the wire leads and connections.
Good luck and thank you for using Fixya

Fuel pump not getting power

Best to check everything, but I am guessing Fuel pump driver module.

Start with the fuse for the fuel pump, then the fuel inertia switch in the passenger side. The fuel pump relay is built into the fuse panel, and is not serviceable ( cannot pull and bench test ).

If the button is down on the fuel inertia switch, next lower the rear spare tire and check the fuel pump driver module on the cross member. Some times this gets corrosion built up behind it, and the corrosion pushed on the module, cracking it in half.

If this is cracked, Ford dealers that sell parts online get ~ 70.00 + ship for it.
The part number I have for the version that looks to have modified the stand off posts higher is 4l3z-9d370-a , check for a newer revision prior to ordering. This is the version I got for mine, to have just in case.

Hope this helps, let us know if it does not.

Break calpier 2000 v 316

If rear, then parking brake possible cause.
But front and rear calipers often lock from corrosion on piston or binding on sliding parts.
Remove caliper, remove piston with compressed air or greasegun, clean corrosion, clean all grease out, replace seals. (compressed air is dangerous!)
