Possible child lock level on the door that has been moved to the lock position check door for a child lock on the edge of the door that closes in contact with the body of the car when you close it..

SOURCE: Power door locks won't work
You need to have someone or yoursef check the body control module with a compatible scan tool. Thats where the problem you are having resides. It may need a software update or replacement. You can also disconnect the battery for a few minutes, that will cause the BCM to reset and may fix it.

I fixed mine by using fine steel wool to clean the brass contacts located at the right upper door frame on the right door as viewed from the rear of the vechicle.

the latch assembly is jammed,your gonna have to go to dealer they know how to break it out so the door will open but your gonna need a new one,make sure they got it in stock before they break theold one out otherwise your door is not gonna close
