Sounds like you may have forgotten to plug in one of the blend door motors or one of the blend doors has been disturbed and is binding or nor operating properly. Highly unlikely anything to do with the controller on then dash

Lowheater (temp) output

It could be your blend door or not enough flow through your heater core. Try removing the heater hoses at the heater core and flushing both directions with a garden hose!

Radiator fluid is not heating up /all componennts are working

Do the two heater core supply hoses get hot where they go through the firewall to the heater core? If one is hot the other cool to the touch then you have a plugged heater core flush it out with a garden hose, if they are both hot then a part called the air temperature control blend door is not moving inside the air ducting due to it being warped and jammed and/or the actuator that moves it being defective, to replace the blend door and its actuator requires the dash be removed from the truck to access the air ducting that contains the blend door.

The heater in my 2003 Dodge Ram 4x4 will not heat up or gets only luke warm & only on the passenger side....any suggestions?

Cold on drivers side and heat on passengers side, actuators working properly and blend doors are moving. Heatertreater is for piece of plastic on actuator motor. I moved blend door by hand after disconnecting actuator and works fine, both sides freezing when moved in opposite direction.

No heat Heater core is hot

If heater core is getting coolant circulating through it then you may have a temp blend door, or blend door actuator not working properly. The blend door is located in the air box under the dash, and the actuator is located on the air box. You may be able to visually check the operation while turning the temp knob, by locating the coresponding actuator on the air box and monitoring the movement. If it is moving ok and still no heat then the blend door, or lever is broken, which will require removal of the dash.

2000 Dodge RAM no HEAT/ New heater core / AC evap.

There is a actuator on the right side of your leg while sitting in the drivers seat under the dash. It has a plastic rod for actuation manually actuate this diverter and should be the problem.

No heat

No heat can mean low coolant in the radiator. Check that. Also would mean you have a coolant leak. Might possibly be a restricted heater core. Possibly a blend door in the dash that quit working. Thermostat could be faulty allowing coolant to flow continuously.

Heater won't heat in cab

if the inlet and outlet hoses are getting hot to the heater core then the problem is the air temperture control blend door actuator in the heating/A/C ducts, this door directs air flow either across the heater core or the AC evaporator or mixes the 2 air flows for a desired temp at the outlets, hence the name blend door, to change this part u must remove the dash assembly.
