2008 Honda Odyssey AC fan works on low and med speeds but no high speed blower

There should be a high speed blower relay that bypasses the resistor for slower speeds.
Check with an auto parts store or the dealer.

NEED INSTRUCTION MANUAL FOR BIO MED 2000

To contact them via the web, http://www.bmls.com/contact/contact.php

A general "how to" comparable to what most manuals show is here:
http://www.drugs.com/cg/how-to-use-a-tens-unit.html
and
http://www.thephysiotherapysite.co.uk/physiotherapy/pain-management/how-to-use-a-tens-machine

And a video here:

These will tend to be general, the reason is they are prescription devices, and misuse can kill you. Your doctor or chiropracter should show you the specific manner in how to set it up for your condition. If you set the pads in the wrong locatation, you can also suffer severe debilitating cramps in the muscle groups between the pads for several days after use too.

I just bought my 2004 buick lesabre and I already need new brake pads. I dont know whether I should get med grade pads or (high grade)ceramic pads. If I get the high grade would I special rotors?

You can use your stock rotors with ceramic pads. If you feel that the pads wore down too quickly then they may have been a less than optimal type. Keeping disc brakes clean is key to making them last longer. When there is brake dust and naturally occurring rust built up in the calipers and slides, then they don't release immediately or completely when you let off the brake pedal and they may actually drag your pads.

Rear AC fan will not run in lo med or hi, switch or is there resistors on the fan that need checked?

When a blower motor does not turn on in low or med. and only turns on high its usally a resistor block. If nothing works it is most likely the bolwer motor itself or a fuse.

So does mine, when you set the temperature you want the automatic temp control runs at high speed to either reduce or increase temp but should reach temp required within about 5 minutes.

The most common failure is the blower motor resistor located under the dash on the right side near the blower motor. Remove the panel under the dash to gain access. disconnect the connector to the resistor( its a four wire connector that appears to plug into the duct). Using a test light connected to voltage touch the terminals on the tan, light blue and purple wires while turning the switch from med 1, med 2 and high. If the test light lights up as you do this the resistor is bad. Remove the two retaining screws the remove the resistor.
