Why wont my 98 Explorer headlights shut off?

Headlight switch? Headlights don't use the fuse panels. Is there a delayed off for the headlights? If so, this module might be defective.

2001 Dodge Ram Headlights won't work, flashers stay on always, all other lights work

Problem should be in the multifunction turn signal assymbly. It controls the headlights, and flasher.

My 1999 mitsubishi eclipse turn signal flashers wont work but the emergancy flashers do

Sounds like the bulbs have burned out, you will probably have to replace them. Most auto parts stores can point you at the right bulb for your car, and some can even show you how to replace it.

1995 chevy lumina dash and tailights are out. Plus the horn. Checked all fuses. heard it possibly might be the headlight switch. Is this true?

its the flasher stick pull just a bit towards u and it will work if you push it forward wont work, you'll see this by pressing the brakes {with the tail lights}--its the switch in the steering colum where the flasher shift is.

I have mousture inside headlight lenze

Go around all the edges of the lens with clear silicone on your finger after you've left it running with the headlights on for 20 minutes. Then shut it off and change both of the headlight bulbs. If you have any crazy modifications to the lens like strobes or flashers of some kind that didn't come factory you'll have to silicone around them as well, as they are a great source for trouble.

Turn Sigal wont work and headlights dim

You will need to use a test light to verify voltage at the turn signal flasher.
Turn the key on to the run position, car does not need to be started.
Set the turn signal switch to right or left turn, doesn't matter.
Probe the "purple" wire terminal at the flasher unit. If the turn signal switch is working properly, you will have voltage at the flasher unit.
If you do not have voltage, the switch may be the problem, make certain all connectors to the steering column are fully seated and there are no broken wires.
Good luck and let me know.
