once it dies, l have to wait a couple mins before it will start again. otherwise it just turns over, but won't start until I let it sit a min.

Does it immediaetely restart once it dies or do you have to crank it for a bit? You have to determine whether fuel supply or spark supply is causing the issue

1995 Dodge ram 2500, 360 gas, 4wd Truck runs fine then starts running rought, no power, sucktion noise from under the hood right before engine dies, and this happens on and off, some days it runs fine...

It sounds as if you have a vacuum leak somewhere in your emissions system.Check your PCV valve hoses and make sure there connected and not broken.Check all your vacuum hoses for proper connections. The hose routing should be on a white tag near the vehicle emmisions control identification tag located on the underside of the hood or on the radiator support at the very front of the engine compartment. Also have a helper start the truck and see if you cant locate the leak that way.

1995 dodge van falls down when the fuel tank gets to 1/4 of fuel

sounds like a possible pluged fuel filter or a tired fuel pump. the pump is cooled by the gas. so if you work it at 1/4 tank or below it tends to get hot. but towing may make it hot anyway. check fuel pressure and the replace the fuel filter
