I see no issue therefor you need to repost and include make /model /year and ask the question of what problem is .

1995 Camaro V6 3.4L Electrical Issues

Did you check the cooling fan relay's ? Your vehicle has three of them . Free wiring diagrams at Enter vehicle info. year , make , model an engine size . Under system click on engine , then under subsystem click on cooling fans . Then click the search button then the blue link . Learning how the fans work then testing the electrical circuits is how we as Technician solve problems like this . We don't ask if anyone has this issue an knows how to solve it . Someone else's fix maybe different from what it will take to fix yours .
The cooling fan's are computer controlled ,by the PCM - powertrain control module . When the engine coolant temp. gets hot enough the PCM see's this through the use of a coolant temp. sensor . When it reaches 212 degress the PCM energizes relay # 1 sending B+ voltage through both cooling fans to ground causing low speed .

Mneed to know how to retrieve a trouble code and then solve the issue

You will need at least a code reader

You can go to the parts store for the
Generic Codes

Then you need to study, in your case
OBD1 Systems

Maybe you will be able to solve your
issues. Only if you don't get caught up
in believing the car shelf diagnoses it's
self,so you get a code and throw parts
at it. That is why all these folks are on this site

Have had these codes a year now and can not solve the issue recently changed PCV valve but did not solve the issue

First--you gave us no vehicle description
Second-you gave us no drivability issues or problems your having
Third-Why would you drive around one year, with a check light on and codes, that is neglect and abuse
Fourth- PCV Valves-never need to be changed, clean if you like, every four years, they do absolutely nothing. They are only there, to regulate air flow from crankcase to induction. Educate yourself.
