Most ash trays are removed by pulling out then pressing down on the centre bit and continue pulling out
as you pull it out you will notice the centre bit pop up a bit. this is the lock stop that prevents the tray from falling put as you pull it out

i am assuming you are talking about drum brakes. and the drum is not coming off easily. as the drums wear they do not ride on the very outside which will cause a ridge to form and make it hard to remove them you just have to pry them off but pry evenly on two sides opposite of each other at the same time

Both of the panels on ether side of the radio, with the vent in them, will pull straight out.

SOURCE: How do I remove the
There is a small hole on the side of the ignition switch housing. Turn key to "on" or "acc" position and insert a small punch in the hole to depress the pin on the switch, then pull the switch out. You can locate this pin on the new switch to get a better idea. In the lock position the pin is locked out, but in other positions the pin will push into the housing. If you do not have a key you will have to drill the pin (this is not too difficult).
