Either you may be using a key that you had copied from the original or your chip went bad in your original key. Most of cars now a days have the key censor in the key so if it is the incorrect key it will not start your car or if it does not read that chip it will not start

if the vehicle starts then stops and the anti-theft light is flahing you may need to re-set the pass-key system to do this you will need to atempt to start the vehicle and when it stalls leave the key in that position and watch the anti-theft light. it should flash on and off for about 5 to 10 minutes. when it stops flahing turn the ignition to off then try to restart your vehicle

Try to close all the doors and windows and lock the car with remote or manually then open it with the key it should work .

There's many questions that have to need to help you that I need the answers to. Is the security light on with the key removed and the doors closed? Is it flashing or on steady? When the car is aproached to start it can you just get in start it up and drive it away and then you have troble or do you have to do something different to get it to do it? Will it drive just fine sometimes? Does it ever drive with the security light completly off? Do your electric door locks work just like they always did? (all the doors lock and unlock and they truly work not just make the sound? Has the car been in a hard accident? Doe'a the door ajar light go outwhen the doors are closed? Has the battery or altenator been dead or worked on right when it seemed the problem started? Are ther other problems with the car? Is the check engine light work, and does it go out with the engine running? Does the engine run good as always? How long has it been doing this? Did it seem to start doeing this after something else happened even if it seems unrelated? Have you tryed to reset the system ( With the drivers window down and all the doors closed and the hood open, and the key out, remove the battery cable and take a break for awhile, before reconnecting the battery reach in the window and put in the key and turn the key all the way to start and let go. Now go around to the battery and connect it good ( one motion ). with out opening the door, turn the key off and remove it. lock the drivers door with the key twice ( don't unlock it any ) unlock the door with the key twice it should unlock all of the doors, Open the door get in close the door put in the key and start it like always. ) If this reset fixes the car your done. If this is not your regular key for the car that can be the problem too. If you have more than one key for the car try them all. one of them may work just fine. If thats the case take the car to your locksmith that says that he can program keys. have him fix you a key that works and a copy if you desire one.
