Petrol or diesel
if diesel check the glo-plugs for operation (most probable)
have the injectors cleaned and adjusted
check for air in the fuel system and bleed out
check operation of stop/start solenoid

You can get your manual at Toyota website I think all u have to do is login create a password and you should be able to get your manual.

SOURCE: Leaking Heater Core
They are rite you have to take out the dash because it behind the glove box.
you also can do a quick fix so you dont damage your floor board. take an plug the line that goes into the heater.

i am pretty sure that this type of car does not have a reset button for the fuel.i have the same toyota,but mines is a sedan and i have never seen one on it.if your not getting any fuel,check your fuses,if good,check your fuel pump which is located right under your rear seat.hope this info helps.good luck and take care, manny
