How do I fix the engine in my 40th anniversary Mustang high-performance V-8 engine drove about 2 feet shut down both turnover possible problem

I tried to turn it over with the bar but no success didn't want to go any farther until asked a couple questions to see what might be good I'm thinking removing the valve covers and looking at the top and seeing if they tell us to change broken or if it's down in the bottom it?

If the engine was running for a time before you selected a gear, you would have heard a serious noise before it stopped if anything went wrong ( top or bottom)
try removing the starter motor as it is possible that the pinion stayed engaged in the ring gear and the starter motor is jammed ( burnt out in the armature and bushes)
it it turns backwards on the bar it could be the starter or a problem in the gear box or torque converter

I have a 2014 650. When I go down rocky or steep hills in high gear, trying to go 5 to 8 mph and just a small move on the throttle will send me into the handlebars. My dealer says its engine braking an

let the engine do the braking at that speed by using a low gear not a high gear and you will probably find a big difference in performance

1993 anniversary corvette problems

Have you had a water pump replaced lately? If so water may have got to the distributor and causing the car to act that way. When it gets hot is shuts down. Sometimes it will take awhile to restart. They put the distributor right in behind the water pump and any water leaks from pump will 99% of the time fry the distributor, if not caught.

Honda HRV overheated on motorway. When i allowed the engine to cool down and tried to restart, it wont turnover. Even with a jumpstart.

If you cannot turn the crankshaft then it is a very good possibility that the motor is seized up. Source a replacement from the wreckers or an engine reconditioning shop or a lap engine importer as these engines are normally low mileage units and in good condition.

I have a 2004 Gt mustang 40th anniversary an trying to find the main fuse to the driver seat...

Should be fuse number 12 or 14 in the fuse box near the battery.
Check your owners manual for details.

1967 Ford Mustang-- idle problem

If I had to fix this, I would use a tiered approach. You have several issues to deal with. 1st- is the engine timing correct (lets assume it is), try adjusting the choke (blackdial on the ffront of a single barrel, turn towards lean) this should bring down the idle. Turn it till it almost dies then turn in the opposite dirrection SLIGHTLY until it steadies out. The engine might shake more now (it did w/mine) so now you losen the 1/2 bolt that is behind the distribibutor. Now that the dis. is lose turn the whole diss. assembily slightly in either direction. One way will steady out the engine, this is adjusting the ignition timmiing. If all that works out you should be golden. Of course there is a lot of possible causes connecting rod length between the gas pedal & carb, vac. leak(through a vac. gauge on it, that will help finding wether or not there is a leak). if this doesnt work repost with results and a vacum reading. I'll check back
