When the dealer said my 2008 Altima needed a new brake switch, (car wouldn't start), they said I also needed a brake harness!! Almost $1000.. .? True?? Why??

True, I don't know. Why, because they make more money this way, instead of fixing a $20 plug. Find yourself a vehicle electrician.

I have an 05 Avalanche 5.3, I want to remove Cats and true dual the truck with a pair of MagnaFlow 44's, what problems if any will I run into and is the a kit out there to trick the O2's?...

couple of things you might want to consider
its against the law
cats don't affect performance
the O2 sensors don't know or care about the cats
if you want a true dual exhaust have it built with dual cats installed

Do the miles transfer when changing cluster on 2004 mazda 3

A magician might be able to do that, but no mechanic can. Whatever miles is on the cluster from the previous car-that's what your "new" mileage is. Write it down when installed, then you can always figure the true miles on your car and engine by comparing the old cluster's odometer with the new one. See? The old odometer is the true mileage. Whatever miles you put on the new odometer should be added to the old odometer's miles to give a true mileage of the car and engine.

My transmision fluid is black and two transmision mechanics say if you change transmision fluid the car wont run no more is this true sombody please help me they are saying im going to need a new...

The mechanics lied to you. Changing the transmission fluid and screen will not cause any car not to run. Just as you need to periodically change the oil, the same holds true for transmission fluid. Though the fluid is black, yoou state that you have no slippage or nothing out of the ordinary. If that is the case, then you do not need a new transmission. Just have the fluid and screen replaced and all will be fine. Make sure to pick up a transmission pan gasket while you get the necessary fluid and screen. Again, changing the fluid will not cause any car to not run. It is safe to perform the fluid change.
