Question about 1998 Dodge Stratus
Posted by Anonymous on
Remove the nut. Then use a hammer and hit the spindle where the ball joint goes threw it. It will release with few few good whacks. Then you need a ball joint removal kit to R&R the ball joint. You can rent these at parts stores with a deposit. (You get your money back). Check them with the parts guy first. If something is missing or broken when you take it back, they can make you pay. With the kit, you need tools to use with it. Breaker bar and a socket that will fit the bolt in the kit.
