1996 Toyota Corolla cranks will not start. Has spark, fuel pressure at rail, no injector pulse with noid light when cranking. MIL light very dim. Unable to retrieve fault codes

Check distributor rotation to ensure good timing belt. If good, check crank and cam position sensors. The computer fires the plugs and injectors based on many factors but most importantly the crankshaft and camshaft position.

I have lost both front right and rear right lights on my peugeot 307 SW 2005

Check ground and 12v supply for all the affected bulbs. Check fuse with proper test light. Is there a separate relay for right and left lights?
If there is, try switching them.

Fuel tbi strting issue

Verify fuel pressure to the throttle body, if ok, then with the key on check for 12v at the injectors , if not , check fuses, if ok, check for injector pulse. disconnect injector connector , jump the two leads with a noid light or test light and have someone crank the engine, bulb should blink.

Windstar engine will not shut off after removing key from ignition

I think you need to study about:

Closed or Completed Circuits
Open Circuits
Short Circuits

NO ONE has any idea what a short circuit is

If you had one, you would have a blown
fuse or burned up something

Why both turn signals don't work

For the defroster:

Turn the defroster on and check for 12v at the connector on the window. If you have 12v, check for breaks in the element (the thin lines running across the window). If you do not have 12v and the fuse is good, the culprit will most likely either be the switch or the wiring.

For the right park light:

Check the bulb socket. You should have 12v at one terminal (with the park lights on) and ground at the other. If the voltage and ground are ok, you either have a bad bulb or possibly a bad socket. By bad socket I mean they can sometimes distort and not allow the terminals to make good enough contact.

Hope this was helpful.

Filled up with gas, got back into the truck to turn egnition ad suffered complete power failure. No electrical on turning ignition, no horn, no locks, but 12V outlet still works with cell phone and engine...

i would start with the basics. first have the battery checked to make sure its ok. then check the battery connections. one that people often miss is the very end of the cable, fold back the rubber and make sure the end is clean. check the fuse links on the cables. while your at it check the fuses. this is all assuming that the punched lock was repaired or the wires are taped off. this is only a beginning and must be checked before you can go any further.

Possible electrical short, batteries drain

ok stay with me. Buy yourself a 12V test light. Disconnect negative side of the batt. You might need 2 people for this. With test light connect ground wire to disconnected batt cable. Touch pointed end of test light in battery open terminal. If it lights up, you have a 12V drain in teh system. Now, most times you remove ONE fuse at a time and reinstall till the light goes out. MAKE SURE ALL DOORS ARE CLOSED AND EVERYTHING ELSE OFF. One you determine which circuit it is, .the fun begins. What on that circuit is draining the battery ?

I have a 2001 kia sephia and i am installing a new radio. i had to cut the wires and put a new harness. i cannot find the wire coming from the car that is the constant 12V wire that is always live, so that...

Ok theirs two easy ways you could fix this problem one way just in case you haven't done it yet is buying a car light tester and check every wire you cut and when you find a wire that has power make sure it keeps having power with the car on and off. Ok and the second way is if you couldn't do it the first way then you got to just make a constant 12V wire and that could be done many ways you could run a wire directly from the battery or find a fuse that has constant 12V and run a wire strait from there you could find a constant 12V fuse whit the light tester and if you do it this way just make sure you put a fuse holder on the wire your running well I hop this will help you.
