Unless you are a mechanic, you need to take to an AC shop or the dealer. That is a hard one.

It only charges halfway

Hey Don, What are you talking about..?? battery, a/c..??
If its the battery. is it a sealed battery..- replace it. If its a lean/acid battery with caps that allow you to check the acid level, check the not overfill..if all is well - replace it,
If this is a A/C issue, sounds like you need to vacuum out the air and replace it with freon and the correct oil. (try letting out some air - out of the valve where you are putting in freon - PUT A RAG AROUND A SMALL ROUND FLAT NOSE DRIFT(PUNCH) AND PUSH IN THE VALVE.. IF JUST HOT AIR COMES OUT.... you have found the issue....keep letting out air until freon comes out..(I had this same issue.. there was A LOT of hot air in my system.?? ... when I got it out.. the system worked GREAT!! ) - . if freon comes out.. stop!! - get vacuum pump and hose set, and get the air out - (you need an experienced tech for this)

I have a Toyota 1995 Camry that is blowing AC incorrectly, I believe is my vent but I'm not to sure, i do feel the cold air on my leg part , but not on my face. Any idea?

This is a system which is driven by an amplifier and servomotors which open and close flaps depending on your settings. I think the air outlet servomotor may have failed . See here p58

When its cold the heater turns on. but when it gets hot outside again. the heater stays on. lexus is300

Like almost every thing there can be a number of thing causing this. Checking the Ambient temperature sensor would be a good place to start. The sensor is located in the front bumper and can be tested with ohm meter. The next item that should be checked is the servomotor that is a little involved so let me know what happened with this temp sensor first. also check the plug and wires out to the temp sensor also. 53b2cf1.png5acd5d8.png

1990 Lincoln Town Car Blows only Hot Air

Be sure the compressor clutch is cycling. Also, check the orifice tube, evaporator and condensor for blockages. Freon level should be checked with manifold gauges and compared to specs.

A/c in jetta blows hot air, its been charged, compressor comes on.

you need to have it diagnosed by a professional. These are complicated systems even to a trained tech. You may be over or under charged, have a clogged expansion valve, have a leak or many other issues. This model has a rcv refrigerant control valve inside the compressor which regulates the pressure of the compressor. If you notice the compressor never shuts off like conventional auto a/c's do the only time the clutch works is when you turn it on or off. Can be complicated.
