When driving or gust cruising, when i step on the gas peddal to slowley start to excelerate the engine bogs down ansd acualy decelerates. if you push down a little harder on the peddal it slowley drops...

Have you checked out your air filter? Has your 02 GMC Envoy had a tuneup? Also you may need to replace your fuel filter as well. (especially if you drive in a dusty area) A vehicle as new as yours still needs preventive maintainence to keep the "new" parts working properly. While this won't stop the components from eventually breaking down and causing you headaches, its still a good idea to check these things.

The car starts up. when you go to excelerate it seems as tho it wants to bog down and make this poping sound

Engine cuts out when you excelerate runs ok then when you press gas petal it will **** and bog down

any timing or misfire problems with the plugs? If not you fuel injectors may need to be cleand and or bogs down because too much air is being introduced in to the system. A ballance of air fuel mixture is what makes an engine run properly. Cleaning the injectors is a little time consuming but worth the gas milage in the end and the extended lif of you car without costly repairs down the road by not repairing it know.
