Question about Cars & Trucks
Have the complete ignition system checked. you could have bad plug wires. it could also be injector problems such as dirty or the injector windings shorting when it starts to get warm. check fuel pressure and volume. are there any codes in the computer.

SOURCE: Car wont idle
you may have a vacuum leak, check all the vacuum lines around your inlet manifold, carbi etc for cracks or ones that have come off their fitting.
Check all the retaining bolts and nuts around the manifold, they may be a bit loose.

Sometimes a rough idle like that is a fuel filter. As you've already done the plugs and wires the fuel filter would be my next bet.
