Make sure all air is bleed from system. run car until its at operating temperature, you might have to increase RPMs to about 1500 to get the air out. if all the air is out of system then you may have a thermostat problem or heater core that is plugged. why was the system empty or low to start with.

There are many factors that may affect the quality of the plastic products in the process of plastic injection mold, and they can be summed up as follows:1. Plastic MaterialsThe complexity of plastic materials' performance determines the complexity of the injection mold process. The performance of plastic materials varies greatly due to their different varieties, grades, manufacturers or even different batches. Different performance parameters may lead to completely different moldings.2. Injection TemperatureThe melt flows into the cooled cavity and losses its heat due to heat conduction. The injection pressure should also be decreased in order to fill the cavity.(3)When we shorten the injection time, the shear strain rate in the melt as well as the heat productivity will get higher, and meanwhile, the heat lost due to heat conduction is only a little. Thus, the higher the melt temperature is, the worse the viscosity becomes. And the injection pressure should be decreased so as to fill the cavity. As a result of the above three factors, the curve of the injection pressure which is required to fill the cavity presents in a "U" shape. That is, there exist an injection time when the required injection pressure is minimal.

Weil-McLain model cg-3-spdn, the psi is maxed and when the system is on, water drips out of the overflow. How do I get the psi down?


The heating system should have an automatic fill valve that limits water pressure to 12 PSI or so. Filling with water at either full street or well pump pressure can cause the relief valve to open. Many times after opening, the relief valve will not re-seat properly resulting in a steady drip. You may need to replace the valve if it will not stop leaking.

The radiators at high points on the loop should have valves that may be operated to let air out while the system fills via the automatic fill. You can read more about this here:

My heat does not work


Make sure that your radiator is filled to the proper level. If it isn't, the heater core may not be filled, so no heat can be extracted from it.

Truck getting hot and over heating but there is no heat


You have a vapour lock. The coolant isn't flowing. The remaining water is not cooling your engine evenly so you could crack your engine block. The water that isn't circulating turns to steam. The water pump could need replacing if the impeller failed. You may need a new thermostat. Get someone knowledgeable enough to fill your radiator properly and then keep the overflow reservoir filled to half. Check that bottle at least every week.

start by cleaning your radiator cooling fins first and have the core checked, if in order start by replacing all filters, drain the oil ,flush the whole system with approved atf oil, oem, fill ,test transmission , keep hand brake on, engage drive selection then reverse, the switch off and check oil level. if dropped fill up but do not over fill for it can cause heating, drain if needed. once all completed that a drive and test, if still heating up have the torque converter tested. Normally it's either too much oil or too little/oil lost it's viscosity through over heating

98 yukon heat not working, antifreeze low


Fill the tank with the CORRECT antifreeze up to the fill line (There should be two lines - a "Hot" and a "Cold"). Find out where you are losing your antifreeze - look for a puddle under the vehicle after you fill it. If no puddle, run until the vehicle is warm, shut it down, and look for a puddle.

If your cooling system was empty, you may have to bleed the system after filling the tank. A shop manual for the vehicle should tell you whether you have to bleed the system.

Fill the coolant recovery tan full and run the engine until it gets heated up but not overheated, then run cold water over the radiator core to **** the coolant in and fill any voids in the block.

Sounds like a leak of some kind, if you have to keep filling the coolant. ckeck water pump, hoses, ect.

The heat light stays on even after i filled it


Do you mean coolant light when you say "heat" light? I assume you filled the coolant or antifreeze? If so, you need to check the reservoir as well as the radiator. Remove the cap when the engine is cold and fill it to the top with a fresh mixture of antifreeze and water.
