I was checking fuses with test light all of them lite up but the pcm crank fuse can u help I tryed everting

using a test LIGHT is not the best thing to us eas can cause a power surge , things like the PCM are electronic and are very sensative to power surges as they use power at the milli amp level a test light will be over 2 amp's minimum , use a test meter and recheck,You haven't said vehicle make or age or what problems the vehicle is displaying. if after 1996 get the OBD codes read if there are noticable issues with engine running for example

Battery loses charge after 3 days of sitting why does this happen?

Only proper testing will give you the answer

Start pulling fuses & see if you can kill the
circuit that is responsible

You will need a volt meter & use in Milli Amps,
to watch the current draw as you remove fuses

The doors have to remain closed or you power up the
delay relays & have to wait for them to go to sleep about 15
min later, to start your testing over

Pretty much need a wiring diagram as you need to know
what is in the circuit if you find the problem at some point

Your current flow should be around 40 to 70 Milli-Amp
More your battery dies over night or a couple days

You always power the radio clock, & computer Keep
Alive Memory

2005 buick allure wont go to sleep and kills the batter

No one can give you the answer

You need to put an amp meter on the
car & pull one fuse at a time without
opening any doors & after waiting for
things to got to sleep

That is- if you have more than say 50 milli-amp
all the time that is killing the battery

If you find a circuit at fault- you need the factory wiring
diagrams to proceed- as with all vehicle work or diagnosing
of issues.

1998 k1500 chevy pickup wiring diagram

Get a wiring diagram off a data base at
local repair shop

.78 amps is 780 milli amps

You should only have about 40 milli-amps tops,
when everything is sleeping

2005 lincoln navigator power drain on fuse 21

If your owners manual does not tell you what is on that circuit, you may have to get a shop manual to troubleshoot it.
Most DIY repair books will not give you fuse numbers in a list, but rather by what they are protecting.

My 97 Lesabre is draining the battery overnight. The battery is new, if i disconnect it the car starts fine when reconnected. there doesn't appear to be any lights or anything on. The car has IPM (?)...

Put an AMP Meter in series with either battery cable
& pull fuses one at a time until you find the circuit that
isn't timing out or going to sleep.

Should only have 35 to 45 milli-amps after 20 mins

So wait 20 mins then start with the fuses, if over 50 milli-amp

My 600amp jump pack needle hasn't been charged in a while

Have a look at one like yours in store & see what specs are on plug in to charge. It will say Output voltage ..., then how many amps, or milli-amps, for example: ( output voltage 13.5 VDC @ 800ma.) Now find a charger/adapter, with same specs, and plug. Perhaps one your using is very minimal output, or lower voltage. Be sure polarity symbol is same on both too.
