have you checked the wire connections to the fround blinker??? when the wire disconnects from the blinker the back blinker blinks faster and the front one doesnt work at all

It is posible both bulbs are blown, I have overlooked this before, if not you will have to change the turn-signal switch (in the stering colume.

If its not a fuse it is mosy likely a wiring problem. Best way to determine is to get a voltmeter like this ( http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss?url=search-alias%3Dautomotive&field-keywords=volt+meter ) and test all of the receptacles with problems and see if they are getting power.
If the voltmeter shows that there is no power then you have a break in the wiring and have to either fix the affected area or re wire the whole thing.
If the Voltmeter shows that there is power then you might want to check the light bulbs and ensure that they are not burnt out. Evidence of this are discoloration in bulb and/or pieces of metal in bulb. These fragments can be heard if you gently shake the bulb.
