Did you spray a little ether in the intake to see if it will start , ck the fuel pressure at the fuel rail , should be about 50 psi +-, if not make sure you are getting 12 volts to the pump before you have to change the pump it is in the tank , good luck

You may have a bad fuel pump, First thing is to change the fuel filter since that's the cheaper of the two and you can find the filter under the driver's side inside frame rail.
Once that's been changed and you still have the problem then it's a good chance that it's your fuel pump has gone bad. Try doing a fuel pressure test and there should be a think 44 psi at idle, but please dubble check that it is 44 psi for your blazer.
Good luck and the fuel pump is in the gas tank, if your going to have to change the fuel pump, don't forget to change the wire harness from the frame rail to the pump since you have it apart. The harness is only $12.00 and that's a good investment if the wries are getting brittle and a broken wire will get you to drop the tank again.

your fuel filter might be clogged. take it off and see if you can blow thru it.....if theres any resistance, you need a new one. it should be easy to blow thru . yes USE your mouth , and yes it taste bad. but thats how ya fix it
