Wow, yet another post and NO YEAR CAR, is this a disease here?

nor a VIN (that has year, coded)

lesson one, all things are indexed by year, all cars , all parts, all !

Maruti = MaruthY? huh? in India are you, just a hint.//???

my guess is you are replacing the cam timing belt.

and have no book to show you.

well ,suzuki sells that book called and FSM (call them and ask)

Sr. "do you have the factory service manual on this car...".?????

buy one and read. step by step it is all there.

and if you get it wrong, on most DOHC engines the head valve bend.

$1000 damage. (parts and labor my state)

or more if head is destroyed., or pistons beat to death..

no country stated, we dont have F8s here. in USA.

do not guess, get the instructions and win.

also here in USA we have Gates belts. and are TOP quality

and come with instructions in the box, so buy GATES.

this link only works in uSA> so google for yours.

http://navigates.gates.com/

buy a quality belt with instructions

or buy the expensive book.

for choice 3 google all day oh F8 cam belts.

i see interference pop up , oops

https://www.google.com/webhp?gws_rd=ssl#q=suzuki+F8+cambelt&spell=1

read them, then ask any questions on any step here, would be glad to elaborate any details.

SOURCE: 2005 Suzuki Forenza timing belt breakage

hi im not sure on this particular model but there a few easy ways to check.... take the spark plugs out, remove the broken belt, shine a light down the holes and look for dammdge, if you cant see anything you can turn the crank but it is a tricky job because you can ruin the engine so if your unsure get a mechanic to do it.. or your other alternative is to remove the head and have a look but you will need a new head gasket kit, timing belt and tensioner kit etc .. it is important that you do not turn the engine over when the belt is disconected in any way UNTIL you know for sure that valves wont hit pistons, even bending a valve will not be very noticable but when its all back together you will deffinately notice and will have to pull it all back apart

I want Maruthy suzuki vxi engine timing belt mark diagrams because I remove belt I don't no how to fix

Maruti Suzuki cars in India.
that?
well that only happens in India, not here, we are USA here.
we dont have your car.
id go to your countries, Suzuki dealer and buy the FSM book for your car. I would
or try to find an India based Suzuki forum.and ask.

the belt needs to be timed and on some engine (twin cam for sure)
if done wrong you wreck the head valves, done wrong.
bends them and $1000 cost to fix. so dont guess. or go broke fast.

Is the 2006 suzuki forenza with the 2.0 liter engine an interference engine?

Yes, If the timing belt brakes or skips several teeth. The 2.0L Suzuki engine pistons will and do hit the valves under that condition.
You should change that belt at 100-120k miles.
You can start by R&R the timing belt and setting everything back to specs,
Do a compretion test - that will be your awnser. Low or no compretion + bent valves.
The cheepest fix is a certified used low milage motor - put your new timing belt on the used motor for good measure.

Hello, I am having Maruthi Omni LPG, for the past 3 months I am facing vehicle jerking problem due to misfire. I changed the Ignition coil ,but now also the problem arises

Th engine must be prroperly tuned for the LPG if this was fitted externally . If this was factory fitted please get a proper fuel setting done on the gas , check the spark plugs , the intensity , and also the timing.

I owned a maruthi swift vdi in india.i heard that a hardware called chip tuning will increase performance in respect of speed and better fuel effeciency for diesel car.is it right??

Yes this is right for a lot of vehicles. But on the side the more your engine works with this extra power and acceleration the faster your engine and transmission will wear out.
