Changing spark plugs

Generally in a spark plug is 60000 kilometers, if fuel is bad need in early, remove the spark plug, such as for auburn or rust color, spark plug showed normal; Such as stained with oil, shows that the spark plug gap imbalance or too much oil, high tension line short circuit or open circuit; Such as black smoke, spark plug type cold wrong or mixture is thick, the oil is up; Such as the top between the electrode and sediment, when for the oily sediment, shows that the cylinder into the oil has nothing to do with the spark plug, when the black sediment, spark plug carbon deposition and bypass, when grey sediments, is a gasoline additive covered electrode lead to lack of fire; If serious erosion, such as the scar at the top, with black pattern, electrode melt, showed that the spark plug is damaged.

there are no spark plugs with fuel injection you have injecters not plugs

FRONT AND BACK JUST FOLLOW THE WIRES THERE THICK AND BLACK AND THERE,S SIX OF THEM AND THATS WHERE YOUR SPARK PLUGS ARE

There is a tunnel intake tube,remove it,but there is a black plastic vacuum reservoir on the back connected to it,remove it first,it is not easy to do,after these are out of the way,the black plastic cover that goes down the middle of the valve cover has the coils,two of them,and two wires,and four spark plugs under it.If this was at all helpful,please rate,and thank you.

These are really quite easy to do just time consuming. 1. remove the air ducting from the air box and throttle body 2. remove the accelerator cable and kickdown cable(if equiped with auto trans) from the throttle body 3. remove the 4 bolts from the throttle body and be careful to not ruin the gasket upon removal 4. remove the black cover from the rocker cover(valve cover) 5. remove the 2 coli packs and the spark plug wires. 6. remove the 4 spark plugs. Use NGK or Nippon Denso plugs and gapped at .032". Let me know if you need anything else.

For the 3 spark plugs in front:
1. You would have to remove the plastic protective cover (this cover is silver&red w/ the words "nissan and v6 3000")
2. unplug connector and remove coil (DO NOT mix up the coils, keep the same coils on the same cylinder)
3. Remove spark plug

Rear 3 plugs: located on the rear of the intake (the black pipes atop the engine). there are 3 openings at the rear of the black intake pipes, each opening has a coil mounted.
1. Unplug coil connector and remove coil
2. remove spark plug (you'll need a long extension)
***Installation is reverse, be sure not to over tighten the plugs!! Use anti-seize compound on all the new plugs threading. Hopefully this helps!!

No. Remove the covers on the top of the heads(straight black covers, usually they say Volvo) and that should give you access to the spark plugs. Plug gap is 0.030".

remove the top covering the intake manifold, thr spark plugs and coils are located in what appears to be the valve covers under the black plate

If you look under the hood, you will see a BLACk cover under the intake tube.this black cover has 6 bolts and has to come off..its alot of work to take everything off..under this black cover are 2 COILS with 2 spark plugs under them.
DO NOT REMOVE the plugs with the egnine hot .this car has aluminum heads and you will strip the plugs.

The other 2 wires can be more easily seen and have a black boot on them..under the 2 black rubber boots are the other 2 spark plugs.. 

Lots of Kia sportages misfire and skip and the check engine lite will come on..usually its a bad wire or plug..very common in these cars..also, if the VALVE cover gasket LEAKS at all, oil will get into the boots or wires or plugs and cause the car to skip and idle rough or MISFIRE..

Torx bit,for cover on the center manifold black cover. 5/8 spark plug socket and rachet and extension bar3/8 drive. Lift out spark plug wires there is a long tube going to plugs.
