Chrysler transmissions have a limp mode when there is an issue. allowing you to limp home or to a repair station.

I think it is a fuel problem. Change your fuel filter and then check the fuel pump.

2011 mini cooper countryman, starts, runs, drives but has low power.(50 mph ) max Due for service in 1200 miles.

The only way to correctly diagnose what is going on is to have a diagnostic scan done, sounds like the pcm has gone into 'limp home' mode which restricts power to prevent damage to the powertrain

I have a 2003 GS Grand Marquis. i got a great deal on some original wheels from a 2007 with brand new tires. so i put them on. well now when i get on the highway and try to go passed 50 mph, i lose power...

Are the tires the same diameter as those that where
on the car new ?

Put a thin 1/4" tape measure around the outside diameter
& measure the old & new ones

I have no idea where all this resetting nonsense comes from,
but it is rampant on this web site

Common Sense tells you, changing tires may have some
effect on the vehicle, but to expect the vehicle to be built
so you can do whatever you want & just reset something is
silly.

Not to go over 50 mph-- is a blocked exhaust converter or
fuel filter or some other issue

Sounds like low fuel pressure. i.e. fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator, or fuel filter.

Have your van checked for alignment, camber and have those front tires balanced.
