u can use a compressor to lift the car, manually insert to air pipe. if there is no leak in the system the car will stay up. but this for emergency only.

u need to send the car to workshop for proper repair.

the reason u cannot lift the car is pump is faulty, leak in the system, relay problem.

My 2008 Range Rover Vogue TDV8 keeps draining the battery. This is the second time I have had to call AA to jump start me....Is this a commong problem with these cars ?

The Range Rover runs system even when you have locked the car and walked away, you can often here the fan on the computer running from inside the front wheel arch. What can happen is if there is an error caused by a faulty sensor then the computer fails to shot down and instead runs all night until the battery goes flat. Best thing is to get fault codes read and start to try and figure out what exactly is causing it to happen. I would say that this is a common problem but most people don't realise why its happened as they only realise when the car has gone flat.

car-part.com is a good resource to try. It has millions of parts listed and if you can't find what you are looking for, you can possibly find some leads.

This vehicle is new enough that it can be hard to find parts. I know that you do not want to buy them new. Range Rover parts are very expensive.

I just checked and there are some listings on there for your vehicle.

Good Luck with your search!
