Why does my 2009 gmc Acadia sway at highway speed

Make sure the tire pressures are at the recommended pressure. Check for worn steering/suspension components particularly the front/rear stabilizer links as one or more may be broken.Has the alignment ever been checked rot proper angles?

The kframe is rotted out where the passenger lower control arm bolts to it. How do I replace k frame and will there be welding involved

If your frame is rotting I wouldn't recommend you invest money into the car unless it's worth it, consult a body shop to assess the damage costs.

Cross member that holds steering rack is rotted so steering rack is moving around any suggestions

Have to either find a better sub frame at a salvage yard,
or media blast yours & do some cutting out of rust & fab
up new steel or aluminum, depending on what material you
have & do some welding

Honestly-- I don't see anyone doing that but me, or you being
able to afford to do it

The drivetrain either has to be supported or come out,so you
can remove & work on the sub frame

Why does my 97 tahoe leans to the left side

Frame could be twisted from a previous wreck, the rubber isolators for the cab shell to frame could be dry rotting or in an area rusting out. Was it ever crashed- anti sway bar might reveal a twist)? Core support might be twisted. Other suspension components may be dry rotting or worn. Front tires may also be two different sizes overall.

New springs replaced pairs would be a better solution than spacers if evertything tracks back to spring height issues. You may also have some cracked leaves in the rear springs as well.

Have you checked the ride height and made those adjustments yet?

What is the torq for the front wheel bearing on a 2002 f150 2wd

As odd as this is, this is how the Ford Manual specifies the procedure:

1.) While rotating rotor Clock Wise, tighten nut to 40 NM (30 Ft/lbs).

2.) While rot. CW, loosen 2 turns.

3.) While rot. CCW, tighten to 23-40 NM (17-24 Ft/lbs).

4.) While rot. CW, loosen 1/2 turn.

5.) While rot. CW, tighten to 2 Nm (17 INCH/lbs, NOT foot/lbs!).

6.) Install nut retainer & cotter pin.
