You could have a broken motor mount or a bad transaxle mount.if it is actually shifting from drive to neutral. this could be the problem this could be the problem when a motor mount or transmission mount. it causes torque responses which makes the engine twist in the engine compartment which sometimes causes the Trans to shift by itself. or you could just need ITRANS service

SOURCE: hyundai sonata 2002 remote
There is a special (proprietary) programming electronics 'black box' for the keyless entry system on all Hyundai vehicles for programming the remotes. This programming is stored in either the BCM (body control module) or the ETACS module (Electronic Time and Control System).

Well two of the tranny codes ; P0734 and PO732 indicate gear 2,3,4 ratio incorrect. This can be caused by poor readings at the input and output speed sensors or pulse generators. The P1709 code is in reference to the kickdown servo switch.
Replacing the pulse generator set and TCM reprogramming( as per TSB) may solve your problem, otherwise you have a major component failure in the transmission unit. I would get some line pressures at the transmission checked first.
Sounds like the transmission is in fail safe mode, this happens when there is a transmission fault, you only have two gears 2nd and reverse.
Hope this helps - Steve

The Alternator may not be charging at the proper level. If the car is running while you're trying to open the sunroof or turn on the defroster, then the battery light has nothing to do with those and they are separate problems. Have an ASE Certified mechanic check the charging system.
