Called left, the driver sits on the left in LHD cars.
and all refr. are from there.(ase/sae and iso)
so left is on LHD left side, rear.

the cops out is here, i bet you have P0305 DTC? right?
here is the COP out and sparks change steps on that engine.
asking for #5 speaks clear to me... you scanned it.

Standing in the front of the engine(where the belts are) #5 is on the far right side.
