That's where a $5.00, 12 volt test light comes in handy. All you have to do then is touch tip on ends of fuses to see if they are good or not. No pulling fuses and no head scratching wondering which one it might be. If you have power on one side, but not the other, you found the blown fuse. It certainly is not uncommon to find the bad fuse, labeled wrong, or added in with something else that makes no sense at all.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I beleive the XL-7 has an H series engine, no matter what country it's sold in. That means it is a V6 - that means it has timing chains, no timing belt. Ask them what code they had to clear, and ask them what code they clear this time. Don't just get a number either - P1234 means nothing to most people. You're paying for a service, and that service should involve explaining a problem in terms anybody can understand. If they don't see it that way, then they shouldn't being seeing the colour of your money. Now that the remote start doesn't work, I'd say they've being messing with the BCM and related security module and don't really have any idea of what they're doing. Give them the opportunity to rectify things (at least back to what it was when you first took it in), and if they can't (or won't) tell you what code was or is stored, then go elsewhere. Sorry to be so blunt, but Dealerships think they can get away with this "keep the customer in the dark" attitude. They really only give themselves the reputation they have. I know, because I worked at one that gave a s#!* and ended up with the problems everyone else had given up on. Good luck. Let me know how you go.

have found that be adding a product made by a company called seaform called motor tune-up, costs about 9 bucks put into your oil will clean the sludge & build up in engine, i have used for about 12 years now works great can also use to clean injectors, i would put 1 whole can in oil, drive about 30 days, then change oil & filter, on normal bases, i use 1/2 can in oil & 1/2 in fuel tank i do every 2 months
