Either bad spark plugs, or check for any loose connections, like where electrical connections are. Sensors, big computer connectors.

My truck starts most of the time but has failed to turn over twice in 2 dats but then evetually will start..is this a clogged injector or pressure regulator..03 ranger edge

The typical symptom of problems with the injector are, stalling , hesitation and fouling of spark plugs. You should even see the spark plugs wet with gasoline. Otherwise check the status of the spark plug if it needs replacement or even the timing.

2001 mercury grand marquis. Engine stutters or hesitates with jerking when lightly accelerating. Seems like an air, fuel, or spark delivery problem. At wide open throttle this problem is not as noticeable....

Start car and use a squirt bottle of water to wet the wires and coil, if you see it spark or run rough one or both are bad, repair the wires first as they are more common.

When it rains, my 2004 dodge durango hesitates and shakes when coming to a stop, engine light comes on. after it dries out, runs fine and engine light turns off, dealer cannot fine the issue

I had the same problem. Same year, too. 2004 4.7L Durango. Took it to a Dodge Dealer in Oak Lawn, IL. Problem was when it rained out water got into the engine from the hood by the windshield wipers. The spark plugs got all wet causing the engine to hesitate and shake. I had to have a water dam installed and never had anymore problems. Hope this helps you out.

Car cranks but won't start!(2002 jaguar x-type)

You got the wiring wet. Did they steam off the engine with a power washer? If so, they probably got the distributor wet and it won't fire the spark plugs. Have someone look it over and see if that's what happened. It may also be a fuse that got water-logged. You can sometimes use WD-40 to spray into the wet area to remove the water and get it going again.

probably just needs a good tune up new plugs, leads, points the timing set clean oil fuel and air filters and the water leak is probably a perished rubber opening or glass seal or at worst rust holes under the window seals which allows water in but you cant really see where its coming from i hope this helps you even if a little thanks glenn........
