it would pay you to go to a" tyres only" place, it may be a tyre separating or could be a suspension mal function , either way it would not be a good experience for it to fail on the road at any speed.best to find out exactly what it is and there will be a person trained to find it at the proper service centre

1 Collapsed wheel bearings
2 Lose wheel nuts
Jack up front drivers side wheel and grab the top and bottom of tire, give it a good firm wriggle and see if you can detect any movement.
