That actually is a Light Sensor.
If you have auto headlights it uses that to turn them on.

You either have a bad relay, bad temp sensor, or bad PCM. I would start with the relay as these give the most problems.

SOURCE: dashboard gauges out

There was a recall years ago on the ignition switch. Something wears and causes the switch to catch and hang a little so it doesn't spring back all the way to run position. The car runs but some of the other contacts are out of line or something. On mine it only happens occasionally and if I nudge the switch backwards just a little bit the dash lights and everything start working as it should. Or just shut it off and restart. Or go ahead and replace the switch itself.

Even when the ABS is nonfunctional you still will have brakeing capabilities. You just dont have antiskid control when the light is on.

The only way to know whats wrong is to get the code read. It will point to either a wheel sensor issue or a ABS module( computer ) issue.

It will have to be diagnosed to determine the exact cause.

Yes there are two fuse boxes, one under the hood and one inside. The location of the interior fuse panel is under the dash to the left of the steering column.

The ABS light on my 2006 Chrysler Voyager lights up intermittantly, but the brake function is still there.

Check all the connections by the wheel cylinders and wheel speed sensor, could be saying a loose connection or a bad sensor.

From under vehicle, follow exhaust down from engine, eventually you'll see a piece about 3-4" long sticking out side of the exhaust with wire(s) going to it.
