Basically how do you get 12vdc to the starter on an intermittent basis, meaning turning it over till it starts. Short answer: you can't. there's key recognition circuitry, let's say you bypass all that, ok: so then you have to deliver 12vdc at 500amps or so....that's a really thick wire and a heavy duty switch. Anything less than able to handle that WILL start a fire. It's done through a relay. I'm an electrical engineer, and could do it if I had to but really, all the crap necessary to do it right...just get it fixed.

Kind of hard to bypass the starter, it's what turns your motor over. You'd have to push-start it.
More likely it's a solenoid or simple bad wire.

Can I bypass anti theft system on 92 bmw 735il getting no power inside car but car still starts

This kind of 'ghost' may be caused by a corroded grounding point.
You may need a manual to find them or try s BMW forum for advice..

1998 bmw 740 il will not start....lights, radio come on, doors lock and unlock, not sure why it won't strart seems to be locked, is it the alarm system?

Could be the alarm system, the key proximity sensor, etc.
But start with the easy stuff first, like the neutral safety switch, etc.
If it does not start in park, try neutral.
To see if the starter is ok, jump the large terminal at the solenoid, to the small solenoid energizing push on terminal. (make sure in park or neutral, and parking break engaged!)
It is possible to simply wire a momentary contact switch and bypass all the alarm stuff.

Car won't turn over

Should be a 318i, what is the year? Have you checked relays, and depending on the year, these cars have ews modules that is a bit tricky to bypass. Unless your experienced at this on BMWs do not bypass ignition system. Hook the system back up using the factory key and try again.

It will not turn over .its auto and theres plenty of live in battary

sounds like either a sticky solinoid in the starter motor OR a faulty solinoid at the base of the gear selector.

1st try tapping the starter motor with a metal objecy eg screwdriver while someone else attempts to start. if it turns over you need to remove the startermotor & service. OR

If it's the selector solinoid try shifting the gear shift up & down while starting. if it turns then you need to replace the solinoid. or you can bypass it. just ask & i'll tell you how. hope this helps.
