My semi auto fiesta wont start in damp weather

One word - Condensation - check your "computer case" under you hood for any cracks, leaks, moisture etc. It can also be the weather seal, open box and check for moisture, mildew smell. Fuse boxes can be equally damaged. Check the owners manual to see how many fuse boxes you have and check them too. There's usually one under the dash and one under the hood. If none of that works, find the ground wire from the engine to the car body / frame. Single thin black wire attached to with a single screw or bolt, if it's loose, that could be it too. Good Luck. Car wont start if there is moisture

If the starter cranks without the engine responding there is presence of moisture in the electrical or even water in the fuel.
Since you have established that the engine runs when it is dry or warm, the fault can be that there is some moisture that can accumulate with dirt on the igntion system and switch off the firing.
A proper cleaning of the HT wires and the ignition unit along with protection to the fuel tank and possible water leak into the hood must solve the issue. Finally make sure that the battery had good charge overnight , check the leads from the battery to be firm and tight. If charge is low then a cold start will need a good coil, good spark and a perfect starter motor.

When it rains or night dew car wont start

had this problem before and it was the plug wires, simply for the fact that the moisture from the rain in the air caused them to jump fire, look under your hood in the dark and look for wild loose sparks also try this on a rainy day if you can get it started.

Wont start when cold 92 s10 blazer 4.3 liter start fine when warm outside when cold outside motor will just crank over and over

A good chance that this is caused by moisture invading the ignition cables which, if original, are really due for replacement. Try to find a very dark area and check under the hood at night with the engine running. Allow your eyes to become accustomed to the dark and look for any sign of arcing (sparking) under the hood around the cables. If you do, the problem is likely only the cables.
If the originals were not silicone insulated, by a replacement set at any auto parts store. As long as they aren't mechanically damaged, they'll outlast the rest of the car and they are not that much more expensive.
If you don't deem them defective, your coil (coil pack) may be failing or it may also have been attacked by moisture.
If you have an original distributor cap (and possibly rotor) I would recommend replacing these too. Hey, 18 years ain't shabby!

92 Honda Accord Wont Start After Rain (especially mornings)

Good Morning,
Check for moisture in the Distributor and use a blow dryer to dry it out. You may want to consider changing your Spark Plug wires to a "Moisture Resistant" type. Please let me know if this helps you and thank you for using FixYa!
