What is a p0108 sensor? and my radiator fan runs all the time and the temp gauge don't work now how do i fix it

Although it sounds more like the problem has to do with your coolant temperature sensor, your P0108 means there is a problem with the MAP sensor.

Anyway, check out http://www.obd-codes.com/p0108 for details.

P0108 do i need to change my intake gasket? starts and idles poor and sometimes dies in morning may not do it for days, once it warms up it runs great!

It's entirely possible the intake manifold gasket has failed. An engine vacuum leak is a potential cause of the P0108 code.
