You probably have a burned valve in which there is not much you can do to fix temporarily. Changing oil to a high weight such as 50 or adding a product
Like STP that has the viscosity of honey may reduce smoke but you will have to get it fixed. Sounds unusual for a 2010 but lots of smoke is a dead give away that there is a compression failure.
