Question about 1992 Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera
Hi,with the inlet manifold as long as the two serfices are clean and the gaskets are being replaced, all you need to do is tighten all the bolts all the way home, right when you feel that the bolt is fully home then tihten it another quarter of a turn, then tighten every bolt this way and there wont be a problem.
I have never used torque settings for manifolds and never in my 30 years of working on cars had a problem with water leaks from the inlet maifold.
well hope this was some use to you all the best and good luck with the rest of the work you are doing.
