If it is a consistent thump as you apply the brakes, warped rotor. If it happens once, then read dano's reply. Also check the bolts that hold the caliper and caliper mount to the spindle.

May have a loose brake pad or caliper.
Brake pads usually have springs or shims that keep them from moving. Some people leave them off and there's some movement when you apply brakes.

SOURCE: PULSATION WHEN APPLY BRAKES

Even though you replaced the rotors, seems that you will still need to have them resurfaced. This assuming you are experiencing pulsation only when braking.
Hope this helps, Please remember to rate this answer.

Check for leaks in the brake lines and calipers or brake cylinders. If leaking have it repaired right away its not safe. Change the brake fluid, take the old fluid out add new fluid or have it professionally done.

I have a 99 Sunfire and it is making a thumping noise in the front end seems to be passenger or middle and it does it when I'm driving straight or go around the corner 2 right left cornering is ok

Does it change when the brakes are applied? You might have very rusted and scaly front brake rotors. If this is the case the noise would change when brakes are applied

Why is the left front tire thumping and the brake pedal vibrating when I stop

ABS thinks you are skidding, and is applying the brakes on and off. Likely one of the ABS sensors is bad.

I'm driving a 2000 Chrysler 300M. Had front brake pads & rotors changed 2 weeks ago. Front end has been noisy since & I suspect sticking calipers , as i was informed they did not get clean

The front calipers are not the problem...did a shop replace the pads and rotors? Or did a friend replace these parts. The Chrysler front pads and rotors are an excellent design...easy to service and replace parts...only 2 bolts hold on each caliper, and the rotor is held in place with the caliper, and wheel. My first thought was a front wheel bearing is grinding, but you should have noticed this before the brake parts change. The pads could be installed backwards also...my second thought was you may have a loose wheel or two...retighten all 5 lug nuts by using the "star" tightening method, you may be surprised that the loose lug nuts are the only problem. Hope this helps.

THUMPING AND PULSING WHEN BRAKING. WE HAVE CHECKED ALL BRAKES , ROTORS, CALIPERS. WHAT ELSE CAN IT BE. I AM A WOMAN, SO MY EXPLANATION IS THAT IT HAS A BUMPING THUMPING VIBRATION.

on a clear road try gently applying the E brake, see if that produces the feeling, I would say either a rotor is warped (wobbled from side to side due to heat disatortion) or a drum. It is not easy to see these faults, with a wheel off you need to turn the rotor and look for the wobble, it only takes a wobble of 1/16 or 2mm to make the brake pedal pulse. This is a large safety issue as your brakes will be impaired.

Brake pedal is hard, pulls to driver side

May have a leaking right front caliper thats not applying evenly with the left.Look at the front wheels for excess brake dust. The left wheel should have more dust then the right. Also front left rotor may be pitted causing more friction and excess grabbing on the left.Any brake shop will pull the wheel off and inspect the rotor for free.Dont let them try to sell you two rotors or calipers if only one is bad.Replacing both right and left brake pads is OK

Thumping noise in the front end

Inspect your tires look at the tread, observe the wear across the tread, inspect the inner and outer side walls, look for bubbles, look at the rim look for damage. The more info you get the better.
