Sway bar links. Even if the bushing were bad, they wouldn't drift at 20 MPH. You have other problems though. Year make and model helps.

The vehicle sways on turns. Cause may be either stabilizer bars or struts.

if it sways to much on turns its your stabilizer bar. reduces the amount of body roll, or lean, that a vehicle experiences during cornering. some cars have a sway bar in back, as well as the front. and some cars have just a front sway bar. There can also be an audible "clunk" or "click" as you go over bumps, if it is broken. good-day !

Recently had new idler arms installed along with new shocks all around. Van now seems unstable...sways. Could torsion bars need adjusting?

When you change the two idler arms did you have the front end aligned? It could be possible that the alignment is off. If you are having to put alot of input to the steering wheel while driving that may give you the sway feeling you are describing. The torsion bars control front ride height and should be checked as part of the alignment. Hope this helps.

2009 chev cargo van sways all over the road. I'v

Sounds like sway bars may be too light for the load in the van. I don't know your specs for this but may have to get heavier set and put on both front and rear to help stabilize. If you have some racing buddies they can explain...

2001 town and country sways to much

You most likely need new struts and shocks. especially in the rear. It is common. If it feels like this all the time including driving straight, then check that sway bar an ends aren't broken.

Suspension?

have the sway bar looked at in the back. if it is loose or broken it will sway. it is the bar connecting the two rear wheels. there are upgrade kits that offer a heavier bar. Also check rear tire pressure. the tires will roll out if too low a pressure is aboard.
