Question about 2003 Honda Accord
Hi, I have a 2003 Accord 2.4L. It's having problems with idle. First the car ran 2500rpm cold, and 1100rpm when the engine was warm. I cleaned the throttle body and replaced the gasket. Also refreshed the cooling fluid. Now the engine runs 2500rpm cold, 1600rpm warm. When driving the car and when I want to stop, the rpm goes up to 3000, and when the car fully stops, the rpm goes down to 1600rpm and stays there. I already tried another throttle body but the problem was still the same. I also tried to relearn the idle procedure (ON 2 sec, 3000rpm till the fan comes on, then let the engine idle) but that also didn't work. When I disconnect the MAP sensor the car runs perfect at 800rpm and the rpm doesn't go up when I want to stop, but the engine light comes up so that's also not going to work. I tried another MAP sensor but the problem was still the same. I went to the dealer to hook it up a obd scanner, but there were no faults. Do you have any idea what I can try to do? Sorry for my bad English.

I have heard that air in the coolant will affect the idle speed, also a vacuum leak.
Your English seems perfect to me.
