It could cost you nothing. Could just be filled with dirt. Try cleaning it out. It could be a fuse problem which is very cheap. Or you can get a new horn probably $20.00.

02 caravan horn not working.. checked fuses and relay and theyare good. Any ideas?

The horns being made and used today are not so very good. If you had access to one, you might try a used one, particularly if it were cheap. You would need to be certain that horn worked before trying it on the car.
A person with an volt-meter or a multi-meter could see if there is any electricity getting to the horn when you push the horn button. That would tell you if it were the horn, or something else.
You should also check the ground wire from the horn to the body, as the electrical components are no longer grounded to the frame, they now have a ground wire.
Many cars of today have the horn button and the air bag in the steering wheel together, so some shops will tell you it will cost up to many hundreds of dollars to fix the horn because the air bag is part of the horn system.
God bless your efforts.

I drive a 2006 350Z the horn just recently started going off when im driving then suddenly goes off. Where is the fuse for the horn? Is there any thing I can do without going to Nissian and giving them $...

G'day Michael, as you may have found out getting the car fixed is a cost that comes with owning a car. Small fixers are a lot better than prying the car from a tree. If you need more help get back to me Greg.

Where is the horn fuse or relay on a2003 dodge neon

You can often repair a malfunctioning horn rather quickly, usually without any tools, exotic or otherwise, and rarely at a cost of more than a few dollars. In a moment, you will learn how you can fix your silenced car horn.

Horn

No the Chevy Malibu is not made by Kia!
I think you mean horn relay
I would try a new relay it is possible that the relay is defective and that's why it was removed
here is how the horn circuit works
The body control module (BCM) controls the horn relay by grounding the control circuit of the horn relay coil. When the horn relay coil is grounded, the horn relay contacts close, applying voltage to the horn via the horn supply voltage circuit.
if the horn relay does not fix your concern you may need to take it to a shop and check for any BCM fault codes
and you are correct having no horn is a SAFETY ISSUE
that car should have NEVER PASSED A SAFETY WITHOUT A HORN
hope this helps good luck and I hope the relay fixs it because a BCM is costly

My car horn is now going off of it's own accord, whether it is on or not. What can be causing it and how do I fix it?

this is caused by the horn contacts touching due to a warped airbag cover, in order to fix this u must replace the airbag on the steering wheel, I suggest u do a used airbag search, as a new one cost about $1000.00

Only the low horn works, not the high

well there is a clock spring in the stearing wheel for the horn and one for the airbag. and the one for the horn might have broke. i have been told that it cost over a grand to fix. so this is why i still drive with out a horn lol

Can i fix my suburban horn myself?

First check and make sure your fuse is the correct size this could be your problem, if the "horn" is one of the two in front that is a simple fix and I'm sure you could do it, get the replacement unbolt the old one and bolt in the new one, if it the horn buton on your stearing wheel that will cost a little more but its another simple fix, check with the chevy dealer for the parts.
