Check under the back seat in the electrical box for a blown fuse or relay. You may just have to take this into a good shop to track it down. It sounds like you might have a blown diode in a common ground somewhere, but I cannot tell you where from where I'm sitting.

if that is even the problem ?
That makes no sense to use a car like that
